What you need to do Bake shells according to package directions. Reduce oven temperature to 350' f. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat eggs with cream cheese spread until well blended. Add the milk, mozzarella cheese, salami,shallots and red onion: mix well. Pour mixture evenly into tart shells. Bake 20 minutes or untill filing in center is set.
